Food Adventures

You either love it or you don’t. I’m most defiantly in the love it group. Food! I love eating it,  preparing it and sharing it. I wouldn’t say obsessed, but most defiantly  one of my passions.

In Melbourne, Australia we are so lucky. There are few limits to what you can get and what cuisines you can experience. Growing up in a very foof focused family, I experienced lots of different tastes and food from an array of cultures from a young age. Eating well, and access to a range of delicious and amazing food is something many of us take for granted.

Nigeria, like so many, is a country and culture where food is taken seriously and prepared with love. One of the biggest realisations for me on my last trip there, was the lack of variety. Coming from what is effectively a melting pot of food from all corners of the globe it was definatly something I noticed.  I’m sure as more people head to West Africa to discover this fascinating place, they will bring their food, flavour and techniques with them.

In honour of my gorgeous Nigerian friends who haven’t experienced them, I will soon start food blogs enteries as I check out some cuisine from different corners of the world. An on my return to Nigeria, my Australian friends, just you wait and see what amazing wondrous food Nigeria puts on show for me.

Stay tuned for some new post. And happy eating!
